In late 2024, Webull launched its first EU operation through Webull Securities (Europe) B.V., regulated by Autoriteit Financiële Markten (AFM), the Dutch financial regulator.

Here’s the official Press release: “Webull Launches in the European Union, Debuting Retail Investment Platform in the Netherlands.”

Residents of the Netherlands can now open an account and trade:

For all other European countries, Webull is STILL not available. This includes: Portugal, Belgium, Germany, Sweden, Romania, Spain, Italy, France, etc. Although Webull has stated that “additional EU countries will follow,” it has not announced a timeline or target countries.
